Simple and convenient. So far it’s great.

I like your interest rates and your interface overall but you really seriously need to fix your app's login mechanism (forgets me every few hours?!?!), your purchasing options (user friendlier and cheaper to compete with those of Voyager, Crypto.com, Coinbase Pro), implement crypto-to-crypto currency exchanges, implement loans in the US, and add debit card access and automatic investments.
I really seriously want you to be my crypto exchange and wallet service, but not having these capabilities make it so difficult.

To qualify for a $200 promo I actually bought $215 worth of BTC only to find out after the purchase I had worth $190 because of ridiculous fees and I was disqualified from it.
Their site is full of BS. They insist they have "unfair prices" which is actually true for how bad they are. The APY on website gets halved once you log in.
The customer service is terrible and a waste of time. There are better services out there that do the same but better and much more transparently.

I’ve been using the app for about 6 weeks so not that long, but it has been great for deposits and withdrawals, and it’s nice to earn some interest on my crypto while I HODL. Definitely a legit operation with good security, but only fair customer service. They are nice and everything but if you have an issue it will take a few days for each email to get returned, so if it’s something complex you’ll be a few weeks sorting it out.
They will eventually sort it out for you though!
